COMMITMENT TO ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION – TOWARDS A SUSTAINABLE FUTURE
Environmental protection is a top priority in the operations of IDS Depot. For processes that generate detergent residues and chemical by-products, the control and management of waste are of critical importance. IDS Depot invests significantly in wastewater treatment systems, as well as in the collection, storage, and disposal of hazardous waste, aiming to minimize negative environmental impacts while strictly complying with all applicable legal regulations.
Driven by a commitment to sustainable development, IDS Depot continuously strives to protect the environment, ensure operational safety, and preserve the living environment for future generations.
Our wastewater undergoes a three-stage treatment process:
Stage 1 – Pre-treatment: Separation of oils and sediments from the wastewater.
Stage 2 – Primary Treatment: Wastewater is processed through IDS’s internal treatment system before being discharged into the industrial zone’s closed-loop collection network. This process ensures that the treated wastewater meets the rigorous standards and strict output parameter requirements set by the Phu My 2 Industrial Zone (Expansion). The wastewater collection system is designed as a closed-loop infrastructure, ensuring that, in the event of an incident, the wastewater cannot impact the surrounding environment.
Stage 3 – Secondary Treatment: The industrial park receives wastewater from Stage 2 of the IDS Depot and carries out further treatment steps to ensure the wastewater meets Vietnam’s national standards before being discharged into the environment.
